No judgement please!!!

I'm attaching a picture of my teeth. Be warned they are gross. I brush them often and you can't even tell. They still look dirty and they break off every time i brush. They said it had something to do with something a dentist used when I was little. I'm embarrassed by it. I never smile. What are my options? Im considering getting dentures.  But idk how well I'd like them.
