What Was It? (TMI Post)

So I just got up from a nap around 5pm. I went to the restroom to go take a 💩. The first 💩I flushed & when I wiped I saw blood it wasn't a lot. But when I got up to flushed again I saw that it was some at the bottom of the toilet & that made me think when did I last feel the baby move, I didn't remember the last time I felt the baby move besides this morning, so I drunk some cold water & juice to see if he would move. I started doing the fetal count & it took him 12 mins to do 10 kicks. Usually it's 10 within 2-3 mins. But now I'm starting to feel him move a little more & I stopped bleeding. I'm not in any pain, also I have a bad cough & my right ribs hurt when I cough(had the cough since Wednesday)  Should I still go to the ER?
