I missed my period the other week and then a week later I spotted pink/red here and there for a few hours, could that be implantation bleeding? I am on the pill but i missed one and never took them on time. Could I be pregnant?

It's possible. Bc pills have to be taken at the same time every day to be effective. Missing pills is a definite no no. If you aren't pregnant I'd look into a different form of bc if you can't remember to take them on time.
