Weird symptom

In August I suffered a mc. But before I tested positive with a test my nipples hurt literally a few days after TTC/bd and I just knew I was pg. But drs tested came back negative a week later tested again came back positive. I know its literally impossible to have symptoms that early but honestly it happened to me. And now I'm TTC again and here I am bd all week twice a day using preseed and my nipples r so freaking sore!! Just like in August!! What do you guys think? Its hard to try and not get my hopes up but I'm starting my tww now
