Should I call the Dr?

The other day I was pumping and noticed nothing was coming out. I tried a warm compress, massaging and just letting him latch on. Well today my breasts are so engorged I feel like they are going to pop and my nipples feel raw. I also have a 102 temp, chills, diarrhea, and my body overall feels weak. I feel like I have the flu. Is there anything I can do to relieve this pain?? I've tried pumping but nothing will come out. I'm so overwhelmed and feel like a horrible mom that I can't produce milk. 😔
