10 dpo. Am I seeing things?

On my ovulation day my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he didn't pull out in time. My period is due Saturday the 16th. I've only since yesterday have had really sensitive nipples and I had this twitching feeling near ovary. And a few days ago after my boyfriend and I had sex I spotted like only a drop of blood. I know I'm probably seeing things, but I just need another persons eyes.
