Elevated protein 😳😱😭

First:/ but I have elevated protein in my urine. I had high BP with my son but no high protein, my BP is fine with this little girl and it's high. I'm 23 weeks, and scared. Why not send me to a specialist in town, is it so badthat I  have to drive 3-4 hours to see a doc. I'm so worried. I have a regular appointment with my doctor tomorrow, I trust him completely, but I'm scared of what else I will be told. I didn't find out why the apt was even made until I called crying asking why I was being referred out😭
