CC & Admin coverage

We just wanted to clear some recent misconceptions about CC:

1. CC is no longer an auto-subscribe room. New users have to search and find to join this room. Some do. Many do not. This has been the case for the past three months.

2. Our coverage is 24/7. We have admin in 4 different time-zones as well as internationally.

3. Given the 600+ active rooms on Glow, and thousands of community reports that come in hourly, our admin are committed to a 2-4 hour turnaround on deleting topics and dealing with behavior that is not in keeping with our guidelines.

4. In the interim, we have built out several tools that allow you to dismiss and veil any topics that are personally offensive to you. We ask that you please use these tools.

5. We will continue to build-out additional tools and improve our community in every way possible in the months and years ahead. We are actively seeking solutions to the problems raised by our members. Your opinions are very important to us. We encourage polite, constructive feedback.
