Techniques to get pregnant once coming off of ParaGard

My SO and I are ttc however I had my IUD removed back in Sept 2015. Now we are not regular in our love making since he works at least 5 hours away but we try to at least get it in every month on the weekends we see each other at least 2 weekends out the month!  ! We had an incident where we were pregnant but it turn out to be an MC how can we bounce back? Or what could be done so that it would be successful any vitamins or anything to take ??? I'm desperate !!!! Help
