Bleeding

So I'm 23 weeks 3days and when I wiped there were about 5-6 drops of bright red blood on the toilet paper. Anyone else experience this? I know it can be normal but I am a FTM and am pretty shaken up about it. I have can feel him kicking and used my Doppler to hear his heart rate and everything checks out. I also talked to my doctor and she told me to monitor it and to come into the clinic in the morning
