Am I the only one?

Tww is frustrating and stressful enough but I get random symptoms that I was told is normal for af as well was early pregnancy. I get serious breast tenderness and they feel swollen, I get beyond nauseous through the day, headaches, fatigue, hot flashes, moody, a weird appetite and dizziness. It makes the wait so much worse. I try not to dwell too much because we've been trying for over a year with no luck. Anyway am I the only one who gets these symptoms before af and how do I try to stress less about it all? Any advise will be very helpful!
