Ebf for 7 weeks now 👍🏽 with the nipple shields

my daughter is 7 weeks now and I've been  ebf .. With the nipple shield .. At first she latch with out it but cuz I have inverterd nipples I got crack nipples and they were bleeding so bad the lactation consultant told me to use the nipple shield .. I have no problem with it as long as I'm BF that's all what matters .. Any other moms using them ? And how long do u plan to use them ? I try to get her to latch with out them but she will latch then dis latch and get all mad so I'm just using the shields .. I'm planning to BF for 1 hole year.. Also my milk supply hasn't gone down at all in fact it went up and I'm not pumping at all ..
