Intimacy issues

Since I've been pregnant for the most part I've been totally turned off to sex. Like I'm not even interested in it and it's so bad, I feel terrible for my fiancé. Like it has nothing to do with him but he thinks it does... No matter how I explain it. Sometimes he'll try to get me in the mood and touch me down there and I flinch.. I'm just uncomfortable with the idea of it most of the time. Other times it's cus I just don't feel sexy. I don't know what to do :( I feel like it's gonna put strain on our relationship and I'm terrified that my sex drive won't go back to how it was before.. Idk. Anybody else feel this way?
