Wishes/prayers for my little pup...

My sweet little pup is sick and isn't getting better yet...it's been a week and I'm so terrified this is the beginning of the end. He's 11 years old with the spirit of a 2 year old.  My little dude has an intestinal disease that causes him to bleed, and this is the longest "episode" he has had. He's been with me through everything, and I always thought he'd be here to welcome our first baby home in three weeks.  I can't lose him. Not now... Any well wishes or prayers are so welcome and needed.
