37 weeks with period like cramps?

I'm 37w 3d and have had period like cramps keep me up/wake me up throughout the night on two occasions. Last time, they lasted through the rest of the day and my doctor admitted me to the L&D floor just to be sure but it was a false alarm. Now, they're happening again just as bad.

Has anyone else had period like cramps this far along? What did it end up meaning for you?

Mine were accompanied with back pain and eventually some blood. Turned out I had a Urinary Track Imfection that I had treated with IV.

I have for the last few days. I will have period cramping pain for a few hours along with back pain and then it goes away. I plan to talk to my doctor today at my appointment. I'm only 33 weeks so hopefully nothing is wrong and this baby cooks longer.

Same here but doctor didn't admit me just brushed it off like I had said nothing. I'm 34 weeks and baby was 5.6 a week ago. My lady pasts feel so beat up already :( I hope your luckier and it means labor. My luck I'll be like this till 41 weeks and induced as always

I have them right now but I'm not going back to the hospital til I'm in labor. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but they gave me pills to stop my contractions.

Water and magnesium helps. But it's also your body getting ready for labor yay!

I do but I just got checked on Monday at my 36 week app. Did u get check for dilation?
