What birth control method do you guys recommend?

So I plan on changing up my BC and I have a Gyno appointment in a month or so.  On the pill, I became anxious and depressed with a low libido after a few months of taking it, along with having the worst dry eye of my life.  After two years of this, I finally narrowed it down to the pill and need to get off of it. I miss my contacts and my happy self! 😅

Any suggestions, experiences, or thoughts are greatly appreciated!❤️

I love love love the nuva ring. You put it in and take it out at home so no doctors visits and your period will always be predictable

Iv had the Arm implant for a while now, && I love it! At first I was iffy because of all the bad reviews I read but then I decided to try it, I haven't had any symptoms nor a period!(: I think it's working pretty well for me because my partner and I have unprotected sex and I'm fine(: also I don't even notice it's there anymore after it fully heeled. I highly recommend

Well, I used to use the shot (I am currently just got back on it). The shot itself does not hurt at all. It takes about a week to start working, so you would have to use a back up method for 7 days. With my experience, I got my period when I was suppose to the first time. The only down side was that it lasted like 2 months straight. After that, I didn't have a period anymore. I didn't really experience any side effects. Although, they say the side effects are, weight gain, depression, change in sex drive, hair loss. Spotting in between periods. It just depends on how your body reacts to it. If you have any specific question, I'd be happy to try and answer them!
