Hard decision... HELP!!

Hello, well... Here's the story of my life! I'm an animal lover I've worked in a vet clinic for 2 years now. And I have an amazing beautiful shihtzu that i treat like a baby human. Yes she sleeps and eats with me. And so much more, she's always there for me and all. Now... My boyfriend is not so much of an animal lover he hates that I sleep with my dog and eat with her. I love him to death. We were planning on moving together in a couple of months, but he doesn't want my dog to come with me😔 and it hits me really bad  I don't want to give my baby away. So I don't know what to do😣
