So easy. 
In a large mason jar 1 cup of steel cut oats, 1.5 cup of frozen mixed berries, 2 cups warm water, 5 tablespoons chai seeds, generous sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. 
Shake it up! Shake Shake shake.
Refrigerate overnight. 
Dish out in the am, heat, serve with fresh berries. 
So filing and healthy. 
Makes 4 servings.
