Is he cheating?

My boyfriend has cheated (on an ex) in the past and says he has 'intrusive' thoughts about other women. They can be walking down the street and he'll imagine having sex with them or even imagine living a whole 'happy ever after!' He also has said on a Reddit post that he craves casual sex + imagines hundreds of girls lining up one after another 'having a go'😳😰

He has hidden our relationship on Facebook before and is very clever and untagging himself from things or not even allowing things on there too. Do you think he could be cheating (even just emotional cheating / messaging/video chatting people) or do you think he could do?

Edit - he slept with his ex when we were on a break and doesn't care how I feel about him texting her. Also he's bad mouthing our relationship to her (is he trying to keep her in a string?) when he's physically, mentally and emotionally abused me. He was arrested about 3 weeks ago and it's on his record for 5 years. I'm 70 miles away till he's on his meds fully because we live together

My ex boyfriend did exactly this and tried to make me feel like it was my fault for not satisfying him. He'd constantly tell me he was fantasizing about having sex with other girls and that I had to get used to it because he wouldn't stop. So please. Leave him. It won't stop. I know it for a fact.

My thoughts are usually once a cheater always a cheater. He may not be physically with them but to me an emotional connection is deeper then a physical one. If he is sharing very personal things about himself and his life with another women-to me that is cheating as well. I wish you luck. Not to tell you what to do but if it were me I'd leave.
