Has this ever happened to anyone?

About 6 months ago during sex I started to have this feeling like I was being scratched like up against my vaginal wall . the feeling never went away, it's only gotten worse . now it's hurts really bad to even just be touched . I went to the doctors who ran all types of tests for STDs and they all came back negative. I've been prescribed 3 different antibiotics and none of the have worked. the fact still remains there's a small incision on the wall of my vagina. It's getting to the point where I can't even bare the pain during sex. I feel like I'll have this forever and I won't be able to give my man sex on a regular. how do I make this go away ?!
