First off I'd like to day I am so sorry for each and everyone of you who have or are experiencing this... Found out a few hours ago that Baby passed at 8w6d. I had some light spotting last night and I thought it was just because of coughing really hard because I have the flu. Went for an ultrasound to make sure everything was okay and they didn't see a heartbeat 😟. In 2008 I had stillborn momo twins at 25w1d, but with that loss, there was an explanation... Their cords became entangled. But this time there is no explanation at all... Which makes it so much harder. Tomorrow I go for a de&c... Can anyone tell me what to expect before, during and after?
