Pre period puking
For the last 4 months a day or two before I start my period I get sick. Its awful like no nausea or anything and then bam I'm puking my brains out. Does anyone else experience this. Is new for me and everything about my cycle is very consistent. I don't want this to be something new I should expect with my zits back pain and cramps
