Sex problems

So question why can't I feel anything during sex, and why the heck won't my hubby take the time to explore with me, he won't do forplay and just does it to get rid of his sexual tension leaving me with the feeling of anger because I don't get anything out of it, anyone experienced in this area PLEASE HELP!!!
