Preturm labor?

I'm 30weeks &3 days and for the past week I have been so nauseous for no reason I got told to drink some water and I did like 6 cups and nothing helped. Now her movement has increased a lot, I walked across my house to get my sister and came in and my legs got real hard and then went numb. I have no idea what's going on I can't get ahold of my doctor so I was wondering if anyone can tell me what this might be?
