I am 35 weeks and 2cm dilated 75% effaced. Been like this for a week. In the last couple days I have been having severe BH. My stomach stays very very tight for long periods of time. I thought at first it was just the baby pushing but my entire stomach and top portion around my belly button is rock hard. Just wondering if I should be concerned or just wait til real contractions come on to expect labor to begin.
