Living room paint help needed...

My living room is oddly shaped. 3 walls have that bump out as you see in the photo. It had that 1970 wood paneling on it before I took it off. I had to keep the bump out BC underneath is cinder block. I want to keep the tan (top of wall) but unsure what color to paint the bottom. The rest of the living room is that tan color. The 1st photo has a white sage bottom, the 2nd photo is unpainted on the bottom. Any idea of a good color for the bottom? We are also in the process of buying a new flooring so matching that isn't a problem.
