Implantation bleeding?

My husband and I went through Ivf in December. I miscarried on 1/14/16. We are hoping to have a fet in May or june. I've lost 15lbs since February, have completely changed what I eat and exercise daily for 30+ mins. Today at work (I work at a preschool) I had 3 small pink dots of blood when I wiped. That's it. I haven't had a period since my miscarriage, I usually don't ovulate without meds. Could it be implantation bleeding? I had a few lite cramps yesterday and today which I don't usually have, but nothing painful. I don't know what to think, I definitely don't want to get my hopes up!!
