Changes to Cycle on Pill
Hi! I'm on the Pill for quite some time, and I normally start a new pack on the first day of my period, as instructed.
But mother nature had her own plans recently, and my cycle shifted a week late in order to sync with my friends (nearly gave me a heart attack and I had to take a pregnancy test!).
So my question is this... Should I make the new period start date the day I start a new pack, or leave it as is?
