Lack of symptoms ?

Question

Anyone else not really having any symptoms ? I'm between 6-7 weeks and I don't really feel anything ! At night I crash and get really tired and my breasts are sore to the touch but other than that I feel fine all day. Anyone else experiencing this ? I had a transvaginal ultra sound and they could see a slight heart beat on one sac and say another sac which they believe is empty. I am going back in one week! Makes me so nervous how good I feel. Any input will help !

Just tired here. It was the same with my last pregnancy, too. I had a scan yesterday (5w5d) and all was normal. Everyone is different!

My first pregnancy ended in stillbirth January 2012. My only notable symptom was that I fainted multiple times in public, and nausea when I was stressing. I was always lightheaded, and fatigue to the point  that suddenly I blacked out and dropped. My daughter had umbilical complications and did not make it.

My second pregnancy I had a rapid change in my boob size and nipples. They ached when I walked too fast down stairs. And I was working at an Pioneer Lodge cleaning all night so I was unbelievably drained, and ill looking. The 14 week ultrasound showed an empty sac (no yolk was the sign). It was a blighted ovum. That meams when the cells broke up to make the baby and the placenta, the baby didn't develop. The sac grew for around 16 weeks while I waited to miscarry naturally. I will never make that choice again, I will get a D&C if I ever miscarry again. The sac that I passed was the size of three golf balls. My doctor never gave me any real advice about the miscarriage. She just said that if I had chest pain along with troubles breathing, that is a sign of extended blood loss. I started getting contractions and bleeding in the middle of the night. I didn't pass larger clots until the morning, and the last huge clot was past noon and almost unberable. I was horrified. I thought I was going to get sick. I couldn't think about anything all day. I looked disgusting while I miscarried in November. I was pasty grey and my eyes were black with dark circles.

This time around I am ever slightly nauseous sometimes, normally when I am hungry. And my chocolate milk craving makes me constipated. I am 5 weeks and 2 days unless my ultrasound shows otherwise. My doctor says that I look so much healthier. And people have been commenting on my skin and lack of dark circles. I am not working this time around, I have a very relaxed household. Things seem to be lining up. I have lots of appointments booked this time.

Same with me. Going for my first scan tomorrow at 6w5d. I've had two previous losses so crossings my fingers (and toes) all is well!

I had none and then woke up one morning and bam! All symptoms came rushing in. Just wait :p
