Baby Toys Gear and Products Suggestions

I'm going to be a new mommy and I'm soooo excited. I look online for some of the best baby gear and essentials all the time lol like the mom a roo, the lulybo, and other care products. I was wondering if any one has any suggestions of thing they love or just had to have for their baby (toys, swings, car seats, etc even baby food or skin products) also things for me I plan to breast feed so I'm lookin for the best pump and maybe nipple cream or pads etc. Any suggestions will help pictures will be great and greatly appreciated!
