First ultrasound Monday!!! Help.

What questions should I ask...? I had my first appointment at my new Ob a month ago. I signed this paper saying no to a test...I know this sounds bad I dont really remember what it was I think it was for down syndrome :c I think...I said no because I would have had to pay like 800$ out of pocket and I dont have that Im still looking for a job. You guys probablly think that it sounds bad I dont remeber exactly what test it was...but anyways :c I dont know, what questions should I ask? They have already drawn my blood last time to check for hiv, ect. Do you have to get a pap smear? What things will they do. Please help?
