Pregnancy rhinitis kicking my ass.

I've been feeling miserable for the past few days. My head hurts, I have sore throat, runny nose, and can't breathe. Any ladies who previously had pregnancy rhinitis that can give me tips on any remedies?! I heard some women have it for the remainder of their pregnancy! Ugh. I hope I'm not one of them. 😭 I'll talk to my doctor about it when I see him in a week. Just thought I'd see if anyone could help me before then.
