You can't eat meatballs while pregnant?!

I just read that you cannot eat meatballs while pregnant... It's meat and bread. That's fully cooked. So what's the problem?

Nothing is wrong if they're fully cooked. People can get crazy with do's and don'ts in pregnancy. Avoid cold deli meats. Even those you can eat if they're heated. Avoid unpasteurized products, and mercury filled fish. That's about it
