Burping Problems?

For the past few weeks I've been having trouble burping has anyone else been or gone thru this I feel it but it won't come out and when it does it almost feels like throwing up. Idk what it is.

Oh gosh. Not me. I literally burp constant whether I've ate or not. Lol its embarassing. And I always feel like I'm gonna vomit before I burp.

I eat smaller amounts to avoid that feeling, but I have the opposite problem. I burp so much that my throat hurts. So gross. Food is Definitely not as good coming back up 😕

Me! Burping is so hard! I have to try like 5 times before it finally comes out. Love indigestion...

Ah yesss wonderful indigestion.... I've found not drinking while eating helps.  Also eating little bites, chewing really well with my mouth closed, slowly is key for me. Makes me less likely to burp and if I do burp I'm not burping up food chunks along with it. Ew. Also not over eating helps :-/
