Is it ok to lay outside in the sun while pregnant?
Hello, I am just wondering if we are allowed to sit in the sun with sun protection while pregnant (I am 26 weeks)..or what if I cover my abdomen would that be alright?.
I wanted to go outside and get some sun exposure but few of the sites says it's not good to expose your skin during pregnancy... I cover myself properly whenever I go outside in the sun, my belly never get exposed to the Rays directly..
