Gender.... Find out or not...

As soon as I found out I was pregnant I wanted to know if I was having a boy or girl but now I am 17 weeks and I'm not so sure. My SO said he wanted to know but now he is feeling the same as me... Really there is no benefit to knowing, I would be fine if I didn't find out I already have a plan for the babies room. Really I could just buy more clothing and whatnot. So what are your experiences, some pros and cons to finding out the gender vs leaving it a surprise.
