Does it hurt?
I had always planned on getting the implant (in your arm) but at this point in time the IUD is seeming like my best option because it can also be an emergency contraceptive.
My question is how bad is the actual procedure of getting the IUD? I have an appointment at planned parenthood tomorrow afternoon. Is there anything I should know, do, or prepare myself for? Does it really hurt that bad? I know it's all based off of pain tolerance and I'd say I have an okay on never really had anything done like this
