Birth control. Help!!!!

Okay so I am 14 (15 and June). My boyfriend just turned 16 in January. We have had sex and my mom doesn't know. I'm not on birth control and I don't know how to ask her. I'm afraid that she's gonna shut me down and I'll never get it. Please help with a way I could ask without her totally freaking out!!
