Weird period TMI

Not sure if it's my period or IB or what. But I'm a day early and although not heavy it seems to almost jush. I ruined a pair of undies in about 2 hours (I was only spotting when I wiped so I didn't worry, by the time I got home from work it looked like a mouse had been murdered in my panties) but I cleaned up and then nothing really. Now I'm gushing again. There is a ton of tissue too.
