Absolutely. Children need an advocate and when their parent is being a dick and not acting in a the child's best interest someone else needs to be able to.

It's her 'family right' but she's had all her children taken away from her? I guess I see it as she shouldn't have any say regarding her children if they are taken away, but then again they don't say why the children were taken.

I am for anything that will prevent morons from naming their kids Cyanide or anything similar LOL 😂 I mean I hate that they can prevent people from naming children what they want but sometimes someone has to intervene on the child's behalf!

I remember the story about the Winn Dixie refusing to do a cake where the kids name is Adolf Hitler. Naming your child after him is ludicrous.

Like it says it's her human right to name her child whatever she wants no matter how stupid and ridiculous. However tortured that child might be you cannot tell someone what they can and cannot name there kid and they can always change it when they're 18 if it's really that bad or go by a nickname in public until then. Lol

Preacher is kind of weird but how is that worse than say, Tanner? Or Taylor? 
Also who says she wasn't pronouncing Cyanide and Kyanide? The kid could easily have had her name changed to Cya or something. Personally I disagree. I don't think Cyanide is a brutal name to give a kid. I wouldn't do it. But it's not worse than Daphne. Did you know thats a flower that has a poison derived from a flower to be used? Same with Iris, Lily, Ivy..
