Natural ways to deal with depression?
Hi everyone, so I have come to the conclusion that i have become depressed. I am normally the person who helps other people gives advice and can usually manage my problems on my own but I find myself in the reverse role this time. I recently noticed how lonely I am. I never go out, I don't have a single friend and my sibling attends a university while I'm stuck at community college, and working two jobs. I have tried to just vent to my sibling but she is usually out doing things. Sorry-little rant there. Basically I'm wondering if there are natural ways you ladies have battled depression? I don't really feel like contacting my doctor or admitting this to my parents, as I live with them. Anything will help, thank you.
