Sore breasts disappearing at 4 wks 4 days

My breasts are less sore today at 4 wks 4 days! I had a chemical pregnancy 2 cycles ago, around this time and that was my first sign then too. I started spotting shortly afterwards. Anyone else have sore breasts disappear this early in pregnancy and still go on to be pregnant (and healthy)?
