Is it true that you are physically unable to pee during sex? 
That if you feel that you need to it's actually an organism?

Answer

It's kinda difficult, but you can. Your body has it's own way of not allowing urination during sex. I think of it like a faucet. But incontinence isn't uncommon.

And technically, the fluid from "squirting" comes from the urethra. People will argue that it's urine. But that's a whole 'nother argument.
