How can I cope?

I have a 3 month old and it seems that everyday that I goto work it gets harder and harder for me to leave my baby girl. Yesterday she cried when I went to leave and that killed me. But in today's economy both parents have to work to make ends meet. I know I am working so we can provide for her and pay all the bills without struggling. But its so hard for me to leave. I wish I could be at stay at home mom.... my husband use to work in the oilfield when I got pregnant so I thought I would be able to but got laid off a month after I found out I was expecting. Life is being difficult.... 💔😔😢
