Do I go to yoga ?

I have a good friend that I used to work with who is a yoga instructor . She teaches a prenatal class and I'm really scared to walk into the class alone . Agh I don't know what to do , it's like an overwhelming decision to make :/

I went yesterday, and I loved it. I enjoyed myself and it was relaxing. I suggest you go, just relax and trust me you will be happy you went. I want to go to another class.

I'd do it, you might really like it. I wish I could go to a class but I have no one to watch my toddler so I try yoga at home, which is hard to do when you've got a toddler trying to jump on you or knock you over. I say go for it! If you don't like it then at least you can say you tried!
