Blurred vision?

I'm 38+5 and I'm having blurred vision and kind of dizzy. Just slightly. Anyone else have this happen?  I checked my bp and it's only 116/78.

I'd call and ask your Dr. Could be a sign of preeclampsia and you always want to be on the safe side with that. Hopefully everything is fine :) but I'd check just to be sure!

I’m 39 weeks today and blurred vision has happend to me twice now always my left eye more than right my midwife’s didn’t seem concerned at all when I mentioned it to them only if I had swelling pain ect with it my bloods are all clear and blood pressure is always good so not sure what even causes it x

Turned out I was having a migraine. They did have me come down to be checked but everything else was ok. Got some meds for migraine and now I'm back home.
