Paranoid?

I feel like I'm going mad, haven't felt baby kick since this afternoon and to me that's a long time... Can't decide if I'm just paranoid or whether it's worth a phonecall to emergency midwives? Any advice welcome..

Drink some orange juice and lay down :) if still nothing by night time go in. Better safe than sorry

My doctor recommends this test in this situation: drink a cold soda, then lay down and relax and focus on feeling movement.  If you don't feel several movements over the next hour or so, go ahead and call to be safe. But the sugar should get baby going and ease your mind!

I agree with the ladies to drink something sweet and cold, and lay down. The other thing you can do though, is lay on your back, or recline in a chair, and just watch your stomach. My stomach has stretched so much I really don't have much feeling in it any more. I rarely feel her kick, but if I relax and watch my stomach, its almost continually moving. If you're concerned though, it's always best to get checked. Better to get checked and not need it, then not get checked when you should have.

Honestly yesterday my baby didn't really move all morning. I'd feel like really exaggeratingly weak movements and I was worried. My husband said maybe hes just tired.Up until like 3 pm he then started moving and hard. I guess he was tired lol. Today he's been so active back to normal. Try drinking icy cold sugary  drinks.

Drink some cold OJ and lay on your left side. Laying on your left side increases blod flow. Try to relax and focus on your breathing, if you don't feel movement within an hr. Call your OBs office and let them know what you've tried.
