Water breaking???

Question

I am still working and will be up till I go into labor... Do you have any weird pains or a warning somehow before your water breaks. My water never broke with my first baby and I just don't want to be taking food out to a table at work and it breaks right in front of customers...

The chances of your water breaking are pretty low, like 10-15%, I think. And it doesn't always happen in a big gush. My water broke with my last one, at work. I was a high school teacher. Luckily, it was a slow leak and I was able to excuse myself and get to the bathroom without anyone noticing. I wasn't even sure my water had broken at first.

So I wouldn't be too concerned! The chances of it happening, in a big gush, right when you're with a customer, are pretty slim. And if it's going to happen, there isn't much you can do to stop it! :)
