Pinching pain in my left ovary

I am 4 weeks 6 days today. Hcg levels were great both days they checked. Yesterday I started having the same cyst like pinching in my left ovary area. Like I did while ttc. 😞 no bleeding at all. My doc said go to the ER if pain is unbearable or if I begin to bleed. Its just annoying. Does any one know if cysts inearly  pregnancy are normal? Anyone go full term with an early cyst and suffered from cysts prior to preg also? It took me 20 months of ttc so Im just a lil worried. And its been 12 years since my last pregnancy. 😳
