Contractions or just bloated?

Im in pain is not too bad but i don't knowif im bloated or contracting? Im feeling worried just because my dog which always is laying down and shes up my ass looking sad and my SO would call her(she always does what he commands) and she totally ignored him and got closer to me. My SO had her since baby and never seen her act this way. Tonight was the first time she ever wanted my attention.
